Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with TerraGrid. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not happy with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment.

This guarantee applies to your first payment on each plan tier. It is designed for new subscribers who want to try the Service risk-free.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
  • This is your first payment on the relevant plan (Pro or Business).
  • You have not previously received a refund for a TerraGrid subscription.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Renewal payments (only the first payment on a new plan is covered by the guarantee).
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the payment date.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@sitemappr.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line “Refund Request” and your reason for cancelling — this helps us improve the Service, though a reason is not required.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free plan. Your maps and data will be retained and remain accessible under the Free plan limits. You will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.

5. Renewal Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a subscription before it renews to avoid a future charge, you may do so at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

6. Exceptions and Discretion

In exceptional circumstances outside the above policy — such as a significant service outage or billing error — we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at billing@sitemappr.com to discuss your situation.
